Each apartment has a well equipped kitchen including cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, saucepans, moka pot, kettle, electric oven or microwave oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment and gas hob.

There is gas central heating with radiators. The garden is furnished with table and chairs.

There is a washing line, washing soap and washing up liquid is provided. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided and changed weekly.

Bathrooms have shower, basin, WC, bidet and window.
